Ordering

Delivery and returns

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the next working day from stock.

Returns

Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days. Opened thermal stock cannot be resold, so we ask you to test one roll before opening the rest.

If it does not print right

Tell us the printer model and darkness setting before returning anything. Most thermal complaints are a darkness or media-type setting, and that is a two-minute fix rather than a two-week return.
