Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on All Orders To keep pricing simple and straightforward for our B2B clients, standard shipping costs are fully included in all of our product prices. There are no surprise shipping fees at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Next Working Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day after your order is placed.

  • Order Cut-off Times: Orders placed on weekends or Lithuanian national holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Methods Because our products (such as thermal printer labels) can be heavy, we partner with reliable logistics providers to get your items to you safely. Depending on the size of your order and your location, shipping will be handled via:

  • Parcel Lockers (if available and suitable for the package size in your region)

  • Door-to-Door Couriers

Estimated Delivery Times All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania. Once dispatched, standard estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Lithuania & the Baltic States: 3–5 working days

  • Eastern & Western Europe: 5–8 working days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 working days (in rare situations, depending on the courier and exact destination)

Please note that these are estimated transit times provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Where we ship. We deliver to Lithuania and to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. If your country is not listed, email contacts@rivensupply.com — we can usually quote for it.

Tracking Your Order All parcels are fully tracked. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery within 1 to 2 working days after placing your order.

Pricing & Taxes All prices on our store are listed in EUR, excluding VAT (unless otherwise stated during checkout for specific regions).
