Riven Supply is the supply arm of an ecommerce agency. We sell the consumables we buy for ourselves.
What we are not
We are not a marketplace. Nothing on this site is someone else's stock that we list and take a cut of. If it is here, we own it and it is in our warehouse in Vilnius.
We are not a label specialist. A specialist carries ten thousand SKUs and can match any format you name. We carry a short list. If you need something unusual, a specialist will serve you better and we will say so.
We are not a dropshipper. We do not forward your order to a third party in another country and hope. We pick it, pack it and ship it.
What we are
Riven Supply belongs to Riven Ventures, a small ecommerce agency. We manage Shopify stores and Amazon accounts for a limited number of clients. That means we ship parcels every working day, and we buy the things parcels need — labels, tape, bags — in quantities that get operator pricing rather than retail pricing.
We were buying these consumables anyway. Selling them is simply the same purchase, at a larger volume, made available to people with the same problem.
Why the price is what it is
Three reasons, and none of them is a trick.
1. We buy in bulk, for ourselves first. Our order quantities are set by what our own operations and our clients' consume. That volume is what unlocks the price, and we pass most of it on rather than pricing to whatever the market will bear.
2. The range is short on purpose. Every SKU here is one we use ourselves or have tested against real printers and real carriers. A short list means deeper buying on each line and no dead stock subsidised by the products that sell.
3. Shipping is already in the price. We ship daily, so we buy carrier capacity at rates a business shipping monthly cannot get. Rather than show a low headline price and add freight at checkout, we put the real delivered cost in the number you see.
What that means in practice
You get a delivered price with nothing added later, from stock, dispatched the next working day at the latest. You get specifications published in full — core diameter, roll diameter, label count, print method — because those are the details that decide whether a label works in your printer, and hiding them helps nobody.
What you do not get is a catalogue that covers every eventuality, a call centre, or next-hour delivery. We are small. That is why the price works.
Ask before you buy
If you are unsure whether a format fits your printer, ask. If you want a sample before committing to a pack, ask for that too. We would rather spend five minutes answering than process a return, and you would rather not have a box of labels that do not fit.
