We run this stock ourselves
Riven Supply is the supply arm of Riven Ventures, an ecommerce agency. These are the consumables our own warehouse and our clients' warehouses run every day.
Bought by the pallet
We buy full pallets from one European converter rather than cases from a reseller. The gap between those two prices is what you are seeing.
One specification, every reorder
Reorders come from the same supplier against the same specification, so print density does not shift between batches.
Delivery is in the price
No freight line at checkout and no threshold to reach. What is on the page is what the order costs, VAT aside.

Before you place the first order

Is there a minimum order?

No. The smallest pack on the page is the minimum, and there is no account gate on pricing. Ordering more only changes the rate per 1,000 by moving you to the larger pack.

Will these run in my printer?

The 100 × 150 mm rolls are wound on a 25.4 mm core to a 120 mm outside diameter, which covers most desktop thermal printers. Fanfold stacks need a printer that accepts external media. Every product page lists the printer brands the stock is qualified against.

Direct thermal or thermal transfer?

We stock direct thermal only. It needs no ribbon, which is why the running cost is lower, and it is the right choice for carrier labels and warehouse marking. For anything that has to survive months of sunlight or abrasion, thermal transfer is the better tool and we are not the right supplier.

How is VAT handled?

Prices are shown excluding VAT because the buyers are businesses. VAT is calculated at checkout from your delivery country and VAT status.

How fast is delivery, and what does it cost?

Nothing. Delivery is included in every price on the site. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the next working day from stock.
