1. Who we are

This website is operated by Riven Ventures, MB, a small partnership registered in Lithuania, company code 307560499, VAT LT100019904318, registered office Juodupio g. 33-7, LT-11330 Vilnius, Lithuania, trading as Riven Supply. "We", "us" and "our" mean Riven Ventures, MB. "You" means the person or company placing an order or using this website.

2. Who these terms apply to

We sell to businesses and to consumers. Where a clause applies only to one or the other, it says so. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes or reduces any right you have under mandatory consumer law — including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Where a clause conflicts with such a right, the right prevails and the rest of these terms continue to apply.

We supply goods for commercial use, and resale is permitted. We are a wholesale supplier; buying to stock, to use in your own fulfilment operation, or to resell is exactly what these products are for.

3. The contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or when payment is taken. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the goods are unavailable, if a price is clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and we will refund any payment in full.

Order confirmation and dispatch notices are sent to the email address you give at checkout. Please check it is correct.

4. Products and descriptions

Product photographs are illustrative; colour and appearance vary between screens. Technical values shown on product pages are those given by the manufacturer of the stock we buy. Where a particular value is critical to your process, ask us before ordering and we will confirm it with the converter rather than have you rely on a published figure.

We may change specifications, discontinue products and limit quantities. Changes do not affect an order we have already confirmed.

5. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are in euro (EUR) and are shown excluding VAT. Standard delivery is included in the price to every destination we serve; there is no separate delivery charge at checkout.

VAT is added at checkout according to the delivery destination. For deliveries within Lithuania, Lithuanian VAT applies. For cross-border deliveries within the EU to a buyer who supplies a valid VAT identification number, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply and VAT is then accounted for by the buyer.

The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order. Payment is taken in full before dispatch, by the methods shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, dispatch times and estimated transit times are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for delays caused by a carrier, by customs, or by events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and help you pursue the carrier.

Risk and title. For consumers, risk passes when you or a person you nominate takes physical possession of the goods. For business buyers, risk passes when the goods are handed to the carrier. Title to the goods passes to you when we receive payment in full.

7. Returns

Returns, refunds and the consumer right of withdrawal are governed by our Refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Guarantee and conformity

Consumers have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Lithuanian law implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771. For business buyers, we warrant that goods correspond to their description and are free from material defect at delivery, and our liability for a defect is limited to replacing the goods or refunding their price.

9. Your obligations

You agree to give accurate order and delivery information, and to use this website lawfully. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, extract its content systematically for reuse, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Automated access. Software agents may access this site only if they identify themselves as such in the user-agent string, do not disguise themselves as human visitors, do not circumvent CAPTCHAs or similar measures, and respect any technical restriction we apply.

10. Limitation of liability

We are liable for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under Lithuanian law — including a consumer's statutory rights.

Subject to that: for business buyers, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order. For consumers, this paragraph does not apply; we supply these goods for domestic and private use, and we are not liable for business losses if a consumer uses them commercially.

11. Intellectual property

Text, product photography, page design and the Riven Supply name and marks are owned by Riven Ventures, MB or its licensors and are protected under Lithuanian and EU law. You may view and print pages for your own use, including for the purposes of your business's purchasing. You may not republish, redistribute or commercially exploit our content without our written consent.

12. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy. Riven Ventures, MB is the data controller.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order; changes do not apply retrospectively to an order we have already confirmed.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any contract made under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

Business buyers agree that the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction.

Consumers may bring proceedings in the Lithuanian courts or in the courts of the EU country in which they are resident, and keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of that country. Consumers may also use the out-of-court procedure described below.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first at contacts@rivensupply.com; we answer within one working day and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.

16. General

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue in force. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.
